human nature

what human purpose in life?is it difficult to answer??...hmm nope.First, they wanna fulfill their life with a good way. life is all about money, money is all about for life. they wanna secure their life with best job they have. in a high position of the organization. that's could fulfill their desire of making much money. second, they wanna make family with marriage. find the right person in the right time. then have a child, happily ever after till death.
i choose the second purpose for to be share. marriage. some people are difficult to say it but others easy to say it. i think i'm the difficult person to describe what marriage it is. marriage is a new step ahead to a new problems. how can 2 person living together forever. indeed god write it in our believes. but my logic say it's not easy unifying all differences between 2 person. maturity mind can solve it. sharing life with somebody needs understanding each other.
if you are ready for that then take it the risk. find the right-man in the right-time. don't waste your time spending with a wrong person. right-man is the one who accept you in a good and bad. GOOD LUCK TO FIND THE RIGHT-MAN...all my readers!!always pray the best for all of you guys...

my fav movie also

Thirty years old and single, Pauline "Poppy" Cross shares a London flat with her best friend Zoe, a fellow teacher. The film opens with a very high-spirited Poppy entering a second-hand bookshop. She attempts to engage the shop employee in a conversation and he blatantly ignores her. Despite the fact that he refuses to respond to Poppy's exceptionally sunny disposition, this does not appear to bother Poppy. She maintains her good mood even when she discovers that her bicycle has been stolen. Her main concern is not getting a new one, but the fact that she did not even get a chance to say goodbye.

Poppy decides to take driving lessons for the first time in her life. Her positive attitude is a stark contrast to that of her driving instructor, Scott. His personality is defined by his gloomy, intolerant, crude and cynical attitude. Scott is an emotionally repressed character with anger problems. He has a belief in conspiracy theories which are partly attributable to his racist and misogynistic attitude. These characteristics result in his difficulty relating to other people. For example, he refuses to shake Poppy's hand when she tries to introduce herself. Scott is angered by Poppy's sunny personality and what he perceives as her lack of responsibility and concern for driving safety. He is exceptionally irritated by Poppy's choice of footwear (a pair of high-heeled boots) which he feels compromises her ability to drive properly. From the outset, Scott feels as if Poppy does not take her lessons seriously and is careless.

Scott, however, is not in a position to observe the behaviour which might belie his feelings about his new pupil. Poppy is devoted to her students, but her life isn't dominated by her vocation. She takes flamenco lessons with another teacher and a trampoline class (which leads to back problems and her being treated by an osteopath) and enjoys an occasional evening in the local pub.

At school, Poppy observes one of her pupils bullying his classmates. Rather than becoming angry with this student, she worries about him. A social worker, Tim, is brought in to handle the boy's case. Through Tim and the pupil's interactions, the latter reveals that his mother's boyfriend has been beating him. Tim and Poppy begin dating.

Poppy, Zoe, and Poppy's younger sister, Suzy, go to visit another sister, Helen, who lives with her husband in Southend-on-Sea and is pregnant. Helen proves to be an exceptionally judgemental person and tells Poppy that she needs to "take life seriously" and "not get drunk every night" and that she must plan for the future. Poppy responds that she is happy with her life as it is. In the ensuing scenes, Helen shows that she is a controlling individual who tries to dominate the lives of others. She thinks that she is better than everyone else and looks down her nose at people who do not think the same way that she does. For example, Zoe becomes cross with her when Helen will not let her husband and sisters play a game on the PlayStation.

Returning from the visit, Poppy observes Scott standing across the street from her flat, but he runs away when she calls his name. When she confronts him at the beginning of her next lesson, he insists adamantly he had been visiting his mother in Stevenage at the time she claims to have seen him. Scott drives erratically while ranting against other drivers and society. When he gives Poppy the keys to his car she tells him he is in no condition to give a driving lesson and she will drive him home. Scott demands that Poppy give him the keys back, tries to take them back by force, and then accuses Poppy of trying to seduce him in a long, rambling diatribe that makes it clear (at least to the viewer) that underneath his rage he has strong feelings for her. Unable to reason with him, Poppy waits until he has calmed down and then gives the keys back, telling him that the lesson will be their last.

The film ends with Poppy and Zoe rowing a boat in Regent's Park, as Poppy takes a mobile phone call from Tim and Zoe advises Poppy to think about "giving up being nice to everyone." Poppy dismisses the advice, cheerfully but not naively.

Camera Obscura - Tears for affairs

Camera Obscura were formed in 1996 by Tracyanne Campbell, John Henderson, and Gavin Dunbar. Several other members performed with the band before David Skirving joined as a permanent guitarist. The band's first releases were the singles "Park and Ride" and "Your Sound" in 1998.The band's line-up changed in 2000 and 2001 when Lee Thompson joined as its permanent drummer, Lindsay Boyd joined as a keyboard player, and Skirving left and was replaced by Kenny McKeeve.

Camera Obscura's first album, Biggest Bluest Hi Fi, was released in 2001. The album was produced by Stuart Murdoch from the band Belle & Sebastian and was supported by John Peel. The first single from the album, "Eighties Fan", came in at number eight in the Festive Fifty in 2001, and charted in several independent music charts. Nigel Baillie joined the band as a trumpeter and percussionist in 2002 and Carey Lander replaced Boyd. In the summer of 2002, Peel asked the band to do their first Peel session.

The band's second album, Underachievers Please Try Harder, was released in 2003 and was followed by Camera Obscura's first full tour of Britain and Ireland and the band's first tour of the United States. Founding member John Henderson left Camera Obscura following this tour.In early 2004 the band recorded the songs "I Love My Jean" and "Red, Red Rose" following their third Peel session, in which Peel had asked them to put these poems by Robert Burns to music.

Camera Obscura recorded their third album, Let's Get Out of This Country, in Sweden during 2005. The album was produced by Jari Haapalainen and was released on June 6, 2006.The title song was featured in episode 5 of the Friday Night Lights (TV Series). The first single, "Lloyd, I'm Ready to Be Heartbroken", is a response to Lloyd Cole and the Commotions' song "Are You Ready to Be Heartbroken?".

In November 2008, the band announced that they had completed recording the follow-up to Let's Get Out of This Country, and in February 2009, they announced that they had signed to 4AD.The new album, My Maudlin Career, was released in April 2009, and preceded by the first single "French Navy". London jewellery brand Tatty Devine created Brooches and Necklaces to coincide with the launch. Around this time, the band announced that "due to family commitments (including being a proud dad) Nigel will no longer be a full time member of Camera Obscura".

On April 18, 2009 Camera Obscura released a special edition Record Store Day 7” called, French Navy for independent record store.

what's hippie??

Occasionally you hear about hippies. But people who call themselves hippies today, or that others call hippies, are not like the original hippies at all. Generally, modern hippies are more brown (and I’m talking clothing choice) and less stoned than the original hippies. The original hippies were making many different political statements, social statements, and fashion statements. Of those various statements, many have been incorporated into modern mainstream thinking. Other ideas were taken out into the yard, shot mercilessly in the head, and buried in a deep, unmarked hole dug in the forest. The guy who buried those statements (mainly related to fashion) was then shot and buried in another deep hole, like the guys who buried the Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings, so that no one could find those fashion statements no matter how hard they looked.

when everybody get learn

this is a story especially for us to remember what life means
i study for 7 years learn about science stuff, i believe that study can make we more humble and wiser to deal with life (problem also)..i didn't feel that study could waste ur money, when i was in bachelor degree i got a schoolarship each semester then got another for my project thesis also. if somebody said that study could waste the money, i believe that he/she desperately need SCHOOL...school teach us how we talk for others, how we act like a smart-man, and this is most important purpose is school teach us how we take a decision -- lets say stategic decision.
i believe what i choose and what i run is for the best of my life..one lesson that i got from yesterday is "if you were a leader in your organization, take a desicion not only a good for you but for others..don't you think that you have a high position then you repress somebody, there be one way out for solving a problem".
Qualified human resource is one of company assets-->that's theory said...there is a relationship between officer satisfaction with their performance, officer can feel satisfy if they feel secure of anything during work in that company.
is there any effect if the CEO knows officer privacy outside their jobdesk??i thought it wasn't difficult to answer this question..there's a big NO of it!
i learn for 2 years in management of human resources and it make me want to share our HUMANITY problems in this age...i don't wanna be an arrogant-man but study teach me as a wise person
